2.1 AMARÉA products are cosmetic and intended for external use.
2.2 Self-tanner results may vary depending on skin type and method of use.

3. Order and agreement
3.1 An order is final once payment has been completed and you have received an order confirmation from us.
3.2 AMARÉA reserves the right to refuse an order if it suspects misuse.

4. Prices and payments
4.1 All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website.

5. Delivery
5.1 We do our utmost to deliver orders within the stated delivery time.
5.2 AMARÉA is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal
6.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the packaging is unopened and the product is unused.
6.2 Return costs are at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part.
6.3 Hygiene products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.

7. Warranty and liability
7.1 AMARÉA guarantees the quality of its products.
7.2 We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect or improper use of our products.
7.3 Any liability is limited to the value of the ordered product.

10. Applicable law
